無煙煤濾料介紹：
     精制無煙煤濾料采用山西**無煙煤為原料，經精選、破碎、和兩次篩分而成，機械強度高，抗壓性能好，化學性能穩定，不含有毒物質，**損，在酸性、中性、堿性水中均不溶解，另外無煙煤顆粒表面粗糙，有良好的吸附能力，孔隙率大(＞50%)，有較高的含污能力，因質輕，所需反沖洗強度較低，可節省大量反沖洗水量及電能。
無煙煤濾料同石英砂濾料配合使用是我國目前推廣的雙層**濾池和三層濾池、濾罐過濾的較佳材料。是提高濾速增加單位面積出水量和成倍提高截污能力，降低工程造價和減少占地面積較有效的途徑。廣泛用于化工、冶金、熱電、制藥、造紙、印染、食品等生產前后的水質處理過程中。
無煙煤濾料用途：
     實用于一般的酸、中、堿性水的凈化處理，是雙層、三層濾池中不可缺少的凈水材料，各項技術指標均達到和**過*（CJ/T44-1999）標準。過濾原理：水中之微細懸浮固粒經加藥絮凝后，由無煙煤濾材加以濾除。
用于生括給水及工業給水的過濾凈化處理。使用時根據濾池的形式確定使用參數，一般雙層濾科的鋪裝厚度為300—400mm；正常濾速10—14m／h，強制濾速14—1 8m／h；三層濾料鋪裝厚度450mm，正常濾速18—20m／h，強制濾速20～25m／h。濾池反洗采用水沖洗、水汽沖洗或輔以表面沖洗。

無煙煤濾料選擇標準：  
無煙煤濾料在過濾過程中所起作用的好壞，直接影響著濾過的水質，故對此濾料的選擇**達到以下幾點要求：
    ①機械強度高，破碎率和磨損率之和不應大于3%（百分比按質量計）。
    ②化學性質穩定，不含有毒物質。在一般酸性、堿性、中性水中均不溶解。出廠產品經中國水處理濾料監督檢測中心測定：鹽酸可溶率為0.68%（部頒標準為3.5）在各類水源中均可達到良好的凈化效果。
    ③粒徑級配合理，比表面積大。產品外觀呈球狀而有棱角，光澤度好，經機械振動三次篩分，級配符合有關技術指標。均勻系數（K60）不大于1.5（日本標準），不均勻系數（K80）在1.6-2.0之間，空隙率大于50%。
    ④粒徑范圍小于*下限粒徑按重量計不大于5%，大于*上限粒徑按重量計不大于5%。
