黑剛玉簡介
 
       天元黑剛玉是以**的礬土為主要原料，少加還原劑而后在電弧爐內經高溫冶煉而成，色澤呈黑色，硬度適中，其韌性較大**棱角鋒利，自銳性強，磨削是發熱量少，拋光加工工件潔度高，黑剛玉磨料基本料集中，切削力強，韌性大，剛柔相濟，**性好，工效高。
 
        黑剛玉又名低鋁剛玉，在棕剛玉生產中的一個新型派生品種，適用于不銹鋼，金屬制品電鍍前底面拋光和噴沙，它適用于玻璃、竹木、石材等制品的磨削和拋光．黑剛玉廣泛應用于餐具拋光行業，電鍍前底面拋光行業，金屬表面處理行業，玻璃制品行業，鋁制品和不銹鋼的拋光。又是制造樹脂砂輪，砂布的新凝材料。目前，較為廣泛地應用于不銹鋼餐廚具，燈具燈飾摩托車零件，汽車配件等中等硬度材料的精細拋光。
 
        黑剛玉各規格段砂特別適合做高速公路、機場跑道、大橋路面等的**防滑材料，適合做**防滑地坪材料；各規格粒度砂粒度分布集中，廠內指標**國標，是**的拋光研磨材料，具有硬度適中，韌性、自銳性、粘結性良好，經久**等特點，磨削時發熱量小，不易劃傷工件表面，不易引起工件表面變色，加工后工件表面光潔度高、色差較小。主要用于金屬工件等研磨拋光，特別適合于不銹鋼工件的研磨拋光，亦適用于光學玻璃、木材等材料的拋光，也大量用于制成樹脂磨具，砂帶等涂附磨具。

黑剛玉用途
 
         1、自由研磨，如金屬零件電鍍前底面拋光、鋁制品；
         2、黑剛玉可用于研磨：自行車、摩托車、縫紉機、鐘表零部件；
         3、黑剛玉粒度砂和微粉特別適合于不銹鋼工件的研磨拋光及研磨膏、油石的制造。
         4、黑剛玉可用于塑膠及五金工具、燈飾等的拋光，也適用于噴砂（玻璃噴花、除銹）；
         5、黑剛玉做加工材料，制造樹脂切割片、涂附磨具和角磨片等；
         6、黑剛玉段砂也是煤礦坑下倉儲和防滑路面的可以選擇材料；
         7、黑剛玉微粉可以用于拋光打磨。
 
包裝及儲運
 
        黑剛玉用白色編織袋包裝，凈重25kg，也可按客戶要求包裝。
  
注意事項
 
        1、運輸與裝卸：黑剛玉在運輸過程中，不得用鐵鉤拖拽，應防止與堅硬物質混裝，不可強烈振動、磨擦、踩、砸，嚴禁拋擲，應輕裝輕卸，以減少黑剛玉包裝破碎，影響使用。
           2、儲存：應儲存于陰涼干燥處，防止內外包裝袋破裂，防止受潮和吸附空氣中其它物質，影響使用效果。嚴禁與有毒有害氣體或易揮發物質混放，存放要遠離污染源。
