 該機是用于印刷品印后精細(xì)加工的*機器。經(jīng)本機處理后的各種紙張印品，不
但表面光澤度大大提高，而且對印品表面起防污、防潮、防曬、和**作用，特別是
UV過油處理，其功效可與復(fù)膜、壓光處理相媲美，且無脫膜、卷曲和退光之缺陷。
Use:
UV coating machine is necessary to printing products after fine print . All kinds of paper printed matter treated by this machine are not only improving the smooth finish of surface ,but also dampproof ,dustproof, sunproof and wear-resistant of for the surface of printed matter
especially after UV vanish Processing. The  effect is comparable to laminating, calendering treatment, and no film-droping, curly and back light defect.
1、送紙機Paper Feeder Unit
— 收紙風(fēng)頭采用免油式真空風(fēng)泵吸紙系統(tǒng)
—Stream Feeder Suction head with vacuum pump suction system requires no lubricant of oil;
—    可在運轉(zhuǎn)中調(diào)整風(fēng)頭位置。

2、涂布油頭UV Coating Unit
—UV涂布主機，附高度靈敏性風(fēng)刀系統(tǒng)兼適厚紙與薄紙兩用上光。

— 三輥雙汽缸雙刮刀，配3KW空壓機（帶儲氣罐），獨立調(diào)節(jié)速度（施耐德變頻調(diào)速），全機聯(lián)動，卷紙自動停機。

3、紅外線干燥機I.R. Drying Unit
—配15KW（15只）紅外燈管，獨立速度調(diào)節(jié)，（施耐德變頻調(diào)速）。

—    配鐵氟龍輸送帶，自動糾偏調(diào)節(jié)，停機烘箱自動上升散熱。

4、紫外線干燥機UV Drying Unit
—UV紫外線輻射，能使UV光油產(chǎn)生硬化、**，促使紙張表面光亮急速冷卻設(shè)備。

5、自動收紙機Automatic Delivery Unit
—皮帶低噪音收紙，上下壓軌道設(shè)計。薄紙涂布易生卷曲，真空吸氣紙張平整器裝置。
 Automatic Delivery Unit Conveyor belt produces low noise and make delivery smooth with its upper and lower pressing track design. Smearing on thin paper tends to produce curling, yet the peneumatic sheet jogging device knocking up both sides of sheet and keep the paper stable.
