The frame is made from aluminum alloy aterial or zinc-plated steel with folded edges,and the middle layer of the panel is filled with polyurethane foam and reinforced glass so as to achieve a better noise elimination /sound insulation performance. The surface is treated with spray painting, and the appearance is beautiful. Based on the installation site, the fans can be divided into two kinds: Model A with electrical motor fixed outside and Model B with the motor fixed inside.Model A is for the use of fire control ventilation while Model B is for the use of ventilation ,This fan is used as fire control ventilation extensively in the hotel, the gymnasium, the school, the saloon bar, the theatre, the auditorium, and high-graded civil houses and industrial and mining enterprises. It is used to transmit air and other unnatural, non-corrosive gases that are harmless to the human body. No adhesive materials are allowed in the gases, and the hard dust particles contained shall not be greater than 150mg/m3. As ventilation and air exchange, the incoming air temperature shall not exceed 80℃. When the Model A series are used for the fire control purpose, they can continue to run more than 30 minutes under the condition of smoke temperature at 280℃.
