本設(shè)備主要由機(jī)架、布漿器、傳動(dòng)輥、脫水輥、導(dǎo)網(wǎng)輥、糾偏輥、張緊輥及靠脫水輥支撐實(shí)現(xiàn)封閉循環(huán)運(yùn)動(dòng)的上、下網(wǎng)組成，此外還設(shè)置有洗網(wǎng)噴水管、洗漿噴水管、脫水輥接水槽及刮刀等。
傳動(dòng)輥帶動(dòng)上網(wǎng)和下網(wǎng)作循環(huán)運(yùn)動(dòng)，兩傳動(dòng)輥上各置一把刮刀，上、下網(wǎng)利用張緊輥張緊，利用糾偏輥糾偏，布漿器位于導(dǎo)輥上方，上、下網(wǎng)能重疊經(jīng)過脫水輥，每只脫水輥各置一只接水槽和一只噴水管（進(jìn)漿后*一只脫水輥無噴水管），這種配置，為漿料的逆流洗滌創(chuàng)造了條件。
Application/ Features
SX series vertical double-net pulp washing machine mainly consists of stand,flow spreader,transmission roll,extractor roll,net-guiding roll,bias-adjusting roll,stretching roll and upper and lower nets.The two nets are supported and made to realize the closed recycling movement by the extratcor roll.In addition,it adds to net-washing shower,pulp-washing shower,shower overflow chute,extractor roll,water-receiveing tank and others.The transmission roll drives the upper and lower nets to move in a recycled way.Each of the two transmission rollers is fitted with a roll doctor.Both the upper net and lower net are stretched by the stretch control roll.The bias will be adjusted by the bias-adjusting roll.The flow spreader is above the guiding roll.The upper net and the lower net can pass through the extractor roll in a folded way.Each extractor roll has a water-receiving tank and a shower(the first extracor roll has no shower,the first referring to the first extractor roll after the pulp entering).Each of the showers has a overflow chute at its lower position.This kind of fitting creates conditions for countercurrent washing of pulp stock.
