活性炭概述：
    活性炭又稱活性炭黑，是以煤、木材、果殼、椰殼、核桃殼等為原料，經過炭化→冷卻→活化→洗滌等一系列工序研制而成。其主成分除了碳以外還有氧、氫等元素。它在結構上由于微晶碳是不規則排列，在交叉連接之間有細孔，在活化時會產生碳組織缺陷，因此它是一種多孔碳，堆積密度低，比表面積大，吸附能力強。按外觀形狀可分為粉狀活性炭、顆粒活性炭、柱狀活性炭和球狀活性炭。

活性炭用途：
        活性炭被廣泛應用于生活用水、工業用水和廢水的深度凈化及氣相吸附，如石油化工、電廠、食品飲料、制糖制酒、醫藥、養魚等行業水質凈化處理，能有效吸附水中的游離氯、酚、硫和其它有機污染物，特別是致突變物（THM）的前驅物質，達到過濾除雜去異味。還可用于車間尾氣凈化、溶劑過濾、脫色、提純等，氣體脫硫、石油催化重整，氣體分離、變壓吸附、空氣干燥、食品保鮮、防毒面具、解媒載體，有機溶劑回收；貴重金屬提煉；化學工業中的催化劑及催化劑載體等功能。
