深圳市鑫旺泰精密模具制品有限公司成立于2003年6月6日，位于廣東省深圳市寶安區沙井街道衙邊工業區A2棟，是一家專業生產精密沖壓件，拉伸件，冷擠壓件，精沖件的五金制品廠，主要產品有：不銹鋼傳感器外殼，煙霧報警器傳感五金，晶體振蕩器外殼，晶體振蕩器基座，諧振器外殼，震動馬達外殼，不銹鋼電池殼，電池密封蓋等，廣泛應用于傳感器，石英晶體振蕩器，震動馬達，鋰電池，諧振電容器等領域。

Established on June 6, 2003 and located in Building A2, Yabian Industrial Park, Shajing Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, Shenzhen Xinwangtai Precision Mold Products Co., Ltd. is a hardware products supplier which is committed to manufacturing the precision stamping parts, drawing parts and cold extrusion parts. Its main products include stainless steel sensor shell, smoke sensor sensing hardware, crystal oscillator shell, crystal oscillator base, resonator shell, vibrating motor shell, stainless steel battery case and battery seal cover, which are widely applied to such fields as sensor, quartz crystal oscillator, vibrating motor, lithium battery and resonance capacitor.

公司現有廠房面積近5000多平方米,擁有閩臺眀勖30T、45T、60T、110T、160T等高速精密連續沖床30多臺；日本SODICK慢走絲線切割機、日本WASINO坐標磨床、高精密平面磨床、CNC加工中心、沖子研磨機和銑床等一整套模具加工和維修設備；高頻超聲波清洗機等后處理設備；拉力機、數顯硬度計、工具顯微鏡、精密投影儀、二次元等檢測設備。The Company now has the plant area of more than 5,000m2 and a full set of mold processing and maintenance equipment, including more than 30 high-speed precision continuous punching machines such as Taiwan Mingxu 30T, 45T, 60T, 110T and 160T; Japanese SODICK wire cutting machine, Japanese WASINO jig grinder, highly precision flat grinder, CNC machining center, punch grinder and milling machine; post processing equipment such as high-frequency ultrasonic cleaning machine and detection equipment such as tensile machine, digital durometer, tool microscope, precision projector and quadratic element.

目前，公司僅在以下產品：晶體振蕩器系列的外殼和圈、表面貼晶體振蕩器系列上蓋、微型扁平振動馬達外殼、實心杯振動馬達外殼、馬達支架以及耳機揚聲器∮8.5、∮10.7、∮14.2等耳機支座系列,鋰電池不銹鋼外殼等，年銷售量就達到10億只。

At present, its annual sales of the following products reach one billion, including shell and ring of the crystal oscillator series, upper cover of the SM crystal oscillator series, micro and flat vibrating motor shell, solid cup vibration motor shell, motor support and earphone support series such as earphone loudspeaker ∮8.5, ∮10.7 and ∮14.2.
