閉式冷卻塔工作原理
它與開式冷卻塔較大的不同點在于：閉式冷卻塔將被冷卻介質(zhì)通過盤管與管外的冷卻水和空氣進行熱交換，形成了封閉循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，避免了被冷卻介質(zhì)與空氣接觸而導致污染，從而造成被冷卻介質(zhì)的浪費、設(shè)備堵塞等故障而影響正常使用。本設(shè)備適合在干旱、缺水、沙塵暴頻發(fā)地區(qū)等惡劣環(huán)境中使用。它可配套于中央空調(diào)、儀器儀表、冶金的中頻電爐、轉(zhuǎn)爐，電廠的發(fā)電機組、汽輪機組核電站、變電站、化工、制藥、焊接、軋制鋁、銅箔用冷卻油、大型油壓機械的液壓油等工業(yè)制造領(lǐng)域使用。
    為了適用于不同的被冷卻介質(zhì)，本公司研制開發(fā)了碳鋼管、銅管、不銹鋼管、鋁管等不同材料的換熱盤管，結(jié)構(gòu)形式有橢圓型、螺紋型、波節(jié)型等管形作為冷卻排管，進行全封閉冷卻。冷卻器的結(jié)構(gòu)形式有盤管式和管箱式兩種。
