專利的控制面板冷卻系統：Patented control panel cooling system:
所述冷卻系統(可選)有助于驅散熱量，由于長時間運行，導致電子部件上的過熱。在露天安裝，有助于降低冷卻風扇控制面板里面建立起來的塵埃粒子。The cooling system (optional) helps to dissipate heat, resulting in overheating of electronic components over long periods of time. In the open air installation, it is helpful to reduce the dust particles built up in the cooling fan control panel.

直流高壓電源：DC high voltage power supply:
高直流電壓電源供應器有個微型處理器的控制，提供了堅實的狀態和自我調節保持峰值效率的電源供應器。所有的電其輸出滿足了電器安全CE usage的要求。The high DC voltage power supply has a micro processor control, which provides a solid state and self regulation to maintain the peak efficiency of the power supply. All of its output meets the requirements of electrical safety usage CE.
樓宇管理系統（BMS）連接：Building management system (BMS) connection:
靜電除塵器有能力與樓宇管理系統連接，通過一個內置的BMS接口（可選）項目準備或故障干接點連接在每個控制面板。BMS系統將具有短路保護，**載預防控制以及自動啟動或手動功能。The electrostatic precipitator has the ability to connect with the building management system, through a built-in BMS interface (optional) project preparation or the failure of the dry contact is connected to each control panel. BMS system will have short circuit protection, overload prevention and control, as well as automatic start or manual function.

安裝注意事項Installation notes
1.凈化系統內通風量應在凈化器額定處理風量內；1the amount of ventilation in the purification system should be within the rated air flow rate of the purifier;
2.凈化器安裝應**水平，否則，凈化器收集的油會被風機吸出，或放油時不能將凈化器內的油放盡； installation should ensure that the level, otherwise, the oil purifier collected by wind suction, or put the oil can not be put in the oil purifier;
3.管道內風速應設計在8-10m/s; wind speed pipe should be designed in 8-10m/s
4.彎頭中線半徑≥1.5D（若不滿足此條件，則變徑管風阻會成倍增大） elbow radius is larger than 1.5D midline (if not meet this condition, it will increase the drag reducing pipe)
5.變徑管（小變大）斜邊與軸線夾角≤70（若不滿足此條件，應考慮合理安裝導流板。否則，凈化器凈化效率將大幅度降低而不能達到國家排放標準） tube (small and large) bevel angles with the axis is less than or equal to 70 (if you do not meet this condition, should consider the reasonable installation guide plate. Otherwise, the purification efficiency of the purifier will be greatly reduced and can not meet the national emission standards.

7.變徑管（大變小）你斜邊與軸線夾角≤150（若不滿足此條件，應考慮合理安裝導流板。否則，凈化器不能發揮器效能）。如圖所示；7 tube (big or small) your bevel angles with the axis is less than or equal to 150 (if you do not meet this condition, should consider the reasonable installation guide plate. 8.凈化器進風口之前應有一段≥2.5D的直管（若不滿足此條件，應考慮合理安裝氣流均布板和導流板。否則，凈化器不能發揮器效能 ）；Before the 8 air purifier should be a straight over 2.5D (if this condition is not met, should consider the reasonable layout and installation flow guide plate. Otherwise, the purifier can not play the effectiveness of the device;
9.風機應安裝減振器；fan should be installed vibration damper;

10.風機進出風口應安裝軟連接； wind turbine inlet and outlet should be installed soft connection;

11.凈化器必須可靠接地（凈化器有3根出線，紅線和綠線接220V/AC，黃綠線接地）purifier must be reliable grounding (purifier has 3 stages, red and green 220V/AC, green line)

12.風向問題：設備出廠均設定為左進風（面對凈化器電氣箱的門），風向流動郵左進風，反之則為右進風）。若現場需用右進風，電場旋轉180°，將彈簧接頭由下方移至上方，再將高壓線對換則完成了由左進風調整為右進風之過程。wind problem: equipment factory was set up at the left Jinfeng (face purifier electric box door), wind flow post left Jinfeng, whereas right into the wind). 側裝法
● 選擇能承受的機床側面裝上廠家提供的三腳架(裝法如空調室外機)
● 選擇煙霧（油霧）源，裝上已加貼密封條的法蘭，在法蘭外側打上玻璃膠，套上軟管，用喉箍收緊
● 在凈化機上安裝回油管

3.1.5支架安裝法
● 根據機床的高度，選擇不同高度的落地支架
● 用膨脹螺絲將支架固定在地坪上
● 用螺栓將凈化機固定在支架上
● 在機床合適位置，開具風口
● 設備上的進風口法蘭用于設備與機床的風管連接，安裝時將軟管套上法蘭，再用喉箍將其固定。另一端以同樣方式將軟管與機床上預制法蘭連接固定
● 設備上的回油管用于初級過濾下的油量返回機床，再次使用，安裝
  時將配置的橡膠軟管與回油管固定，并用喉箍固定。另一頭放入機床冷卻油箱內，或用其它油桶收集即可
● 設備上的電源進線孔，安裝時將電源線從此孔穿入，參照內部接線圖將導線接入相應的接線端子，另一頭與電源連接即可


四 操作說明
● 檢查接入電源是否準確無誤
●檢查檢修門是否關緊
● 配電箱內部的空開是否合上
● 開啟啟動開關，設備投入正常運轉
五 維護保養
