Application

用途：點膠、紡絲、灌膠、發(fā)泡、所有流體輸送等。適用于食品罐裝、醫(yī)藥罐裝，飲料罐裝、化工罐裝，灌膠機、打膠機、PU發(fā)泡設(shè)備、PU點膠機所有不含顆粒的液體灌裝輸送

優(yōu)點：精度高:在各種溫度、粘度、壓力的條件下，可**穩(wěn)定的可重復(fù)流量，計量精度高達(dá)0.3%。無脈沖輸出，重復(fù)性能好。

工作原理：它的基本形式就是兩個尺寸相同的齒輪在一個緊密配合的殼體內(nèi)相互嚙合旋轉(zhuǎn)，這個殼體的內(nèi)部類似“8”字形，兩個齒輪裝在里面，齒輪的外徑及兩側(cè)與殼體緊密配合。來自于擠出機的物料在吸入口進入兩個齒輪中間，并充滿這一空間，隨著齒的旋轉(zhuǎn)沿殼體運動，后在兩齒嚙合時排出。我們生產(chǎn)的齒輪泵可以用來計量，泵體內(nèi)腔通過精密加工配合而成。以**每一轉(zhuǎn)流體的輸出排量之準(zhǔn)確。本公司生產(chǎn)的泵是專業(yè)技術(shù)人員精心制作的，用的是高質(zhì)量鋼材、高要求加工工藝，都是按國家標(biāo)來生產(chǎn)的，可以準(zhǔn)確計量和低噪音運行的，工作狀態(tài)較好，即耐磨、耐腐蝕、耐高溫、不生銹等。
