性能特點(diǎn)（ Characteristics ）：

　　該機(jī)適用于將環(huán)氧絕緣粉末涂附并熔結(jié)于工件的表面，如微電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子鐵芯線槽內(nèi)表面及端面等。
　　該機(jī)采用高頻感應(yīng)加熱方式以達(dá)到高效、穩(wěn)定、省電的效果。立式機(jī)（ AEC 80/7000 ）采用熱熔硫化上粉方式，工件既可振動(dòng)還可轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，使涂層更加均勻。臥式機(jī)（ AEC 80/15000 ）為雙螺桿傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)，采用高壓靜電硫化上粉方式，粉層均勻。
　　經(jīng)本設(shè)備涂敷的轉(zhuǎn)子等工件涂層均勻，表面光潔，邊緣覆蓋率高，可達(dá)到很好的耐壓性能和表面質(zhì)量。
　　本機(jī)精度高，性能穩(wěn)定，操作方便，是微型電機(jī)生產(chǎn)線上（或單機(jī)）大批量生產(chǎn)的理想配套設(shè)備之一。
　　The machine is specially designed for coating epoxy insulating layer to a work piece, such as the slot inner and end surface of an armature.
　　High frequency induction heating system is used in the equipment to attain the high efficiency, stability and save electricity. The vertical model (AEC 80/7000) adopts the heat melting technique for powder absorb. The work piece will be rotated beside vibrated in order to get a uniform coating layer. Double spiral rolling rod and high frequency induction absorb powder structure are used in horizontal model (AEC 80/15000) to obtain the even coating layer.
