本產(chǎn)品是通過機械傳動裝置使串接在電動機定子側(cè)或星點側(cè)的兩較板在水電阻中平滑移動，電阻值由較大無級減少直至趨于零，達(dá)到均勻改變電阻值的目的，實現(xiàn)電機的平滑起動。
