基本原理
基本定義:廢水厭氧生物處理是指在無分子氧條件下通過厭氧生物(包括兼氧生物)的作用,將廢水中的各種復雜有機物分子轉化成甲烷、二氧化碳等物質的過程,稱為厭氧消化。污水厭氧生物處理是在無氧的條件下利用厭氧微生物的降解作用使污水中有機物質達到凈化的處理方法。在無氧的條件下,污水中的厭氧細菌把碳水化合物、蛋白質、脂肪等有機物分解生成有機酸,然后在甲烷菌的作用下,進一步發酵形成甲烷、二氧化碳和氫等,從而使污水得到凈化。是生活污水污泥、高濃度有機物工業廢水和糞便等良好的處理方法之一。
厭氧消化處理分為三個階段:

工作原理
概述:厭氧復合床反應器實際是將厭氧生物濾池AF與升流式厭氧污泥反應器UASB組合在一起,因此又稱為UBF反應器。厭氧復合床反應器下部為污泥懸浮層,而上部則裝有填料。可以看做是將升流式厭氧生物濾池的填料層厚度適當減小,在池底布水系統與填料層之間留出一定的空間,以便懸浮狀態的顆粒污泥能在其中生長積累,因此又構成一個UASB處理工藝。當污水依此通過懸浮污泥層及填料層,有機物將與污泥層顆粒污泥及填料生物膜上的微生物接觸并被分解掉。工作原理:經過調節pH和溫度的廢水首**入反應器底部的混合區,并與來自外循環回流的泥水混合液充分混合后進入顆粒污泥膨脹床區進行COD生化降解,此處的COD容積負荷很高,大部分進水COD在此處被降解,產生大量沼氣。由于沼氣氣泡形成過程中對液體做的膨脹功產生了氣提的作用,使得沼氣、污泥和水的混合物上升,經過填料區的降解后,混合液至反應器**部的三相分離器,沼氣在該處與泥水分離后并被導出處理系統。泥水混合物則沿擋泥板下降至反應器底部的混合區,并于進水充分混合后再次進入污泥膨脹床區,形成所謂內循環。根據不同的進水COD負荷和反應器的不同構造,外循環回流量可達進水流量的0.5-10倍。經膨脹床處理后的廢水除一部分參與循環外,其余污水繼續上升,污水進入填料區進行剩余COD降解與產沼氣過程,提高和**了出水水質。由于大部分COD已經被降解,所以填料區的COD負荷較低,產氣量也較小。該處產生的沼氣也是由三相分離器收集,通過集氣管導出處理系統。經過填料區處理后的廢水經三相分離器作用后,上清液經出水區排走,顆粒污泥則返回污泥床。

Basic principle
Basic definition: anaerobic biological treatment of wastewater refers to the process of transforming complex organic compounds in wastewater into methane, carbon dioxide and other substances through anaerobic biological (including facultative organisms) under the condition of no molecular oxygen, which is called anaerobic digestion. Anaerobic biological treatment of *age is a treatment method for purifying organic matter in *age under anaerobic conditions by the degradation of anaerobic microorganism. Under anaerobic conditions, anaerobic bacteria in *age can decompose organic matter such as carbohydrates, protein and fat to form organic acids. Then, under the action of methanogens, they will further ferment to form methane, carbon dioxide and hydrogen and so on, so that *age can be purified. It is one of the good treatment methods of *age sludge, high concentration organic waste water and feces.

Working principle
Summary: the anaerobic composite bed reactor is actually the combination of anaerobic biological filter AF and up flow anaerobic sludge reactor UASB, so it is also known as the UBF reactor. The lower part of the anaerobic compound bed reactor is the sludge suspension layer, and the upper part is filled with packing. It can be seen that the thickness of the packing layer of the upflow anaerobic biofilter is reduced appropriately, and there is a certain space between the bottom water distribution system and the packing layer, so that the suspended granular sludge can grow and accumulate in it, so it constitutes a UASB process. When the *age passes through the suspended sludge layer and the packing layer, the organic matter will be exposed to and decomposed with the microorganisms on the sludge layer sludge and the biofilm of the packing. Working principle: the mixed zone after by regulating pH and temperature first into the bottom of the reactor, and fully mixed with the slurry mixture from the circulation into the granular sludge of COD biodegradation in expanded bed area, COD volume load here is very high, most of the COD is degraded to produce large amounts of methane. Because the methane bubble formation of liquid in the expansion work done has the effect of air stripping, the mixture of methane, sludge and water increased by degradation filling area after three-phase separator mixed liquid to the reactor top, and methane is derived from the slurry treatment system after separation. According to the different influent COD loads and different structures of the reactor, the flow rate of the external circulation can reach 0.5-10 times of the influent flow. Except for a part of the wastewater, the remaining *age continues to rise after the expanded bed treatment. The *age enters the packing area, and the remaining COD is degraded and the biogas production process improves and ensures the effluent quality. As most of the COD has been degraded, the COD load in the packing area is lower and the gas production is smaller. The biogas produced by the Department is also collected by a three-phase separator and is derived through a collection of gas collecting pipes. After the wastewater treated by the packed area, the supernatant is discharged through the effluent area and the granular sludge is returned to the sludge bed after the effect of the three-phase separator.
