溶氣氣浮機主要用于固—液或液—液分離。通過溶氣和釋放系統在水中產生大量的微細氣泡,使其粘附于廢水中密度與水接近的固體或液體微粒上,造成整體密度小于水的狀態,并依靠浮力使其上升至水面,從而達到固—液或液—液分離的目的。
采用新型高效的溶氣設備——微氣泡發生器,代替傳統的引氣設備向水中溶氣,并在氣浮區域內安裝若干斜管組,包括箱體、刮渣機、螺旋出料機共同組成一個完整氣浮凈水裝置。理論上講,氣浮的處理效果與停留時間是沒有直接聯系的,而只與氣浮面積有關,如果將水深H的氣浮區減少為水深H/10,那么氣浮距離和停留時間都將縮小10倍,這就是著名的“淺池理論”。氣浮區加入斜管的目的是增大氣浮面積,大大降低了雷諾系數,使氣浮避免在紊流狀態下進行,制造良好的層流狀態,達到淺層氣浮的效果。
同理,當懸浮物的密度大于1時,由于安裝了斜管組,就會產生淺池沉淀的效果,從而使沉淀在紊流條件下進行。粒徑教大、比重教大的不易上浮的污染物質就會集中到集泥區里,達到凈水的目的。
