      IC 厭氧反應器是一種高效的多級內循環反應器,是*三代厭氧反應器的典型代表。與**代厭氧器相比、它具有占地面積少、容積負荷量高,布水均勻,抗沖擊能力 強、性能更穩定、操作更簡單的多種優勢。例如,當COD為10000-15000mg/l時的高濃度有機廢水,*二代USCB反應器一般容積負荷為 5-8kgCODm3.d, *三代IC厭氧反應器容積負荷可達到10-18kgCODm3.d, 與*二代厭氧罐相比、IC具有以下優點:
    1. 具有很高的容器負荷率;
    2. 占地面積小、節省基地投資;
    3. 抗沖擊負荷能力強;
    4. 出水穩定性好;
    
    工作原理:
    IC 反應器構造的特點是具有很大的高徑比,一般可達4-8,反應器的高度達到20m左右。整個反應器由*一厭氧反應室和*二厭氧反應室疊加而成。每個厭氧反應 室的**部各設一個氣、固、液三相分離器。*一級三相分離器主要分離沼氣和水,*二級三相分離器主要分離污泥和水,進水和回流污泥在*一厭氧反應室進行混 合。*一反應室有很大的去除有機能力,進入*二厭氧反應室的廢水可繼續進行處理,去除廢水中的剩余有機物,提高出水水質。

    IC處理技術應用現狀及發展前景 :
    IC 處理技術從問世以來已成功應用于土豆加工、菊苣加工、啤酒、檸檬酸和造紙等廢水處理中。1985年荷蘭**應用IC反應器處理土豆加工廢水,容積負荷(以 COD計)高達35~50kg/(m3?d),停留時間4~6 h[9];而處理同類廢水的UASB反應器容積負荷僅有10~15 kg/(m3?d),停留時間長達十幾到幾十個小時[3]。
    在啤酒廢水處理工藝中,IC技術應用得較多,目前我國已有3家啤酒廠引進了此工藝。從運行結果看,IC工藝容積負荷(以COD計)可達15~30 kg/(m3?d),停留時間2~4.2 h,COD去除率ηCOD>75%[9];而UASB反應器容積負荷僅有4~7 kg/(m3?d),停留時間近10 h[3]。
    對于處理高濃度和高鹽度的有機廢水,IC反應器也有成功的經驗。位于荷蘭Roosendaal的一家菊苣加工廠的廢水,COD約 7900mg/L,SO42-為250mg/L,Cl-為4200mg/L。采用22m高、1100m3容積的IC反應器,容積負荷(以COD計)達31 kg/(m3?d),ηCOD>80%,平均停留時間僅6.1 h[9]。
    我國無錫羅氏中亞檸檬有限公司的IC厭氧處理系統自1998年12月運行以來一直都很穩定,進水COD一般在8000mg/L以上,pH5.0左右,容積 負荷(以COD計)可達30 kg/(m3?d),出水COD基本在2000mg/L以下,且每千克COD產沼氣0.42m3[10]。1996年IC反應器**應用于紙漿造紙行業, 并迅速獲得客戶歡迎,至今全世界造紙行業已建造IC反應器23個[11]。
    表1列出了IC反應器和UASB反應器處理典型廢水的對照結果,從表中數據可以看出,IC反應器在很大程度上解決了UASB的不足,大大提高了反應器單位容積的處理容量。

Compared with the second generation anaerobic tank, IC has the following advantages:

    Working principle:
    The structure of the IC reactor is characterized by a high ratio of high diameter to 4-8, and the height of the reactor is about 20m. The whole reactor is superimposed by the first anaerobic reaction chamber and the second anaerobic reaction chamber. Each anaerobic reaction chamber has a gas, solid, liquid three-phase separator at the top of each reactor. The first stage three-phase separator mainly separate methane and water. The second stage three phase separator mainly separate sludge and water, and the influent and reflux sludge are mixed in the first anaerobic reactor. First, the reaction chamber has a great ability to remove organic matter.     The application status and development prospect of IC processing technology:
    IC technology has been successfully applied to the processing of potato, chicory, beer, citric acid and papermaking. Holland in 1985 for the first time application of potato processing wastewater by IC reactor, volume load (COD) up to 35 ~ 50kg/ (M3 - D), the residence time of 4 ~ 6 h[9]; volume load UASB reaction and the treatment of similar wastewater is only 10 ~ 15 kg/ (M3 - D), a long residence time of tens [3] hours.
    In the process of treatment of beer wastewater, IC technology is widely used. At present, 3 breweries have introduced this technology in our country.     The IC reactor is also a successful experience for the treatment of organic wastewater with high concentration and high salinity.
