半導體二手分選機進口需要哪些報關手續
由于是二手設備所以進口清關裝運前需要注意一下事項事項:
1. 將機械表面的油垢清除干凈，機械如遇有油箱及其他裝儲液體裝置，請將液體抽干，并將封口用防水膠布施封；
2. 污垢清除后，如機器表面保護漆已經脫落，并起銹，外觀成色非常陳舊者，建議噴涂以機械原色為基準的著色， 盡量保持機械表面著色新凈； 
3. 機械原有銘牌標記，如已經脫落或者丟失，建議重新制作銘牌標記（機械型號，年份，品牌，產地，制造商等信息），年份建議不**過 10 年為基準。 
4. 機械接觸部分或者操作臺附件，請在顯眼處貼標《安全使用警示牌》；
5. 如機械附件類的電源，電線，接口等，建議使用繩索扎緊，避免裝卸時損壞；
6. 機械清潔后，在未用薄膜、木卡板等工具施封前，請將每臺機器設備拍照（每臺設備清晰的全景的正面、左，右兩側和銘牌部位圖片各 1 張），回傳予我司以舊機電進口前備案之用；
7. 如屬儀器類，按鍵部位，建議采取使用木箱打包裝箱，并在出口前做熏蒸消毒處理，提供《木質包裝檢疫消毒證書》；）

If the original nameplate mark of the machine has been shed or lost, it is suggested to remake the nameplate mark (information such as mechanical model, year, brand, origin, manufacturer, etc.). The year is suggested to be no more than 10 years as the benchmark.(4) for mechanical contact parts or accessories to the operating table, please put up a sign in a conspicuous place (safe use of warning signs);5.For example, electrical power, wires, interfaces, etc., such as mechanical accessories, should be fastened with ropes to avoid damage during loading and unloading.6. After mechanical cleaning, please take pictures of each machine (front, left) with a clear panoramic view of each machine before sealing it with thin film, wooden card, etc.One picture on the right side and one picture on the nameplate were sent back to us for record before the import of the old machinery;7. In the case of instruments and keystrokes, it is suggested to use wooden boxes for packing cases, fumigation and disinfection before export, and provide the certificate of quarantine and disinfection of wooden packaging.
