1、胎體：胎體的選擇與應用，關系到瀝青瓦的強度，耐水性、耐久性，抗裂性、防滲漏與胎體材質密不可分，因此胎體材質的優(yōu)劣影響瀝青瓦質量的主要因素。杭州易構公司為了達到國外產品的質量，從美國JM公司原裝進口玻纖胎從而**瀝青瓦的質量。

2、配料：配料的質量與成份，對瀝青瓦的抗高溫性能，對紫外線抗老化，這一指標非常重要，我們的產品與美國**產品相比較：美國抗高溫120℃，國內標準為85℃，為了達到美國產品抗高溫性能及抗紫外線（也就是抗老化）的標準，易構公司不惜摻入抗高溫、抗老化的高價化工原料，使產品在高溫或者低溫下施工都不用擔心瓦的質量（瓦片環(huán)境溫度可達+120℃-40℃）。

3、覆面材料：彩色瀝青瓦的覆面材料，主要功能是防護涂蓋層。使其免受紫外線的直接照射，同時使瓦面產生鮮艷多變的色彩，我們采用**工藝高溫燒結砂，讓屋面的色彩具有耐候性，更較重要的是砂的附著力，我們公司以美國RD公司流水線的設計原理，其壓棍的*到設計，使砂的附著力達到或**過國外品牌產品，從而杜絕掉砂現(xiàn)象。
