      果殼活性炭被廣泛應用于各種氣體的分離、提純、凈化、氣體脫硫、石油催化重整、變壓吸附、食品保鮮、防毒面具；制糖、味精、醫藥、酒類、飲料的脫色、除臭、精制；化學工業中的催化劑及催化劑載體，更
能有效吸附水中的游離氯、酚、硫、油、膠質、農藥殘留物和其他有機污染物，余氯、半脫氯值，以及有機溶
劑過濾、脫色、提純、回收等。
 
     果殼凈水活性炭主要適用于生活飲用水、酒類、各種清涼飲料用水的凈化處理及電廠地表水的后處理。
 
     果殼脫硫專用活性炭用于橡膠、油漆和噴漆工藝的回收苯、二甲苯、汽油等溶劑；也可用于化肥、合成氨、天燃氣等工業原料的脫硫、空氣的凈化。工程脫硫效果達到15-25%。
 
     果殼電鍍專用活性炭用于電鍍工藝，能使電鍍層均勻，結晶細致，孔隙率小，結合牢固。
 


影響果殼活性炭吸附的主要因素：
 
     ① 活性炭吸附劑的性質：果殼活性炭其表面積越大，吸附能力就越強；活性炭是非極性分子，易于吸附非極性或極性很低的吸附質；活性炭吸附劑顆粒的大小，細孔的構造和分布情況以及表面化學性質等對吸附也有很大的影響。
 
     ② 吸附質的性質：果殼活性炭的吸附性取決于其溶解度、表面自由能、極性、吸附質分子的大小和不飽和度、附質的濃度等。
 
     ③廢水PH值：果殼活性炭一般在酸性溶液中比在堿性溶液中有較高的吸附率。PH值會對吸附質在水中存在的狀態及溶解度等產生影響，從而影響吸附效果。
 
     ④共存物質：當液體或氣體*存多種吸附質時，果殼活性炭對某種吸附質的吸附能力比只含該種吸附質時的吸附能力差
 
     ⑤溫度：溫度對果殼活性炭的吸附影響較小
 
     ⑥接觸時間：應**果殼活性炭與吸附質有一定的接觸時間，使吸附接**衡，充分利用吸附能力。
