JYF series piston filling machine are suitable for filling different semi-viscous and viscous liquid and cream products such as daily chemical, food, pharmaceutical, grease and other industries.

JYF series models with coupling-type connection for fast disassembly, cleaning, maintenance without any special tools. JYF Paste( Sauce) Filling Production Line
This sauce filling production line is mainly used for filling semi-fluid-containing particles, paste, sauce materials such as chili sauce, hot pot, beef sauce and so on to greatly reduce personnel costs improving production efficiency.
With self-developed technology ,the filling line is combined with the electric and pneumatic device controlled by PLC ,it has compact structure and  reasonable design. All materials contact parts are made of stainless steel meet with GMP standards; the line is featured with high precision filling, stable operation and easy maintenances
 
2.JYFP粉末灌裝旋蓋生產線 ; 
集粉劑充填旋蓋、電磁感應封口、雙面貼標、噴碼等功能為一體，自動完成粉劑的充填包裝過程，具有精度高、速度快、貼標**、噴碼清晰準確等優點，適用于大多數粉末產品和特別產品的灌裝、旋蓋、貼標等包裝。

3.JYF全自動粉末灌裝生產線 
該機由伺服螺桿充填包裝、自動旋蓋機、自動貼標機，電磁感應鋁箔封口機、立式圓瓶貼標機、小字符噴碼機組成。
性能穩定，調節方便，通過更換螺旋附件能適應奶粉、味精、固體飲料、白糖、葡萄糖、咖啡、固體醫藥、農藥、粉粒狀添加劑、染料、獸藥等各種包裝規格的粉劑/顆粒物料的包裝.

The line is composed of the servo screw filling machine, automatic capping machine, electromagnetic induction aluminum foil sealing machine, vertical round bottle labeling machine and small character inkjet printer. 
It has stable performance and easy adjustment features, can be applied in milk powder, monosodium glutamate, solid drink, white sugar, dextrose, coffee, solid pharmaceuticals, pesticides, granular powder, additives, dyes, veterinary drugs and other kinds of packaging specifications of the powder / granule packaging materials by replacing the screw and accessories.

JYF Automatic Paste Filling Machine
We improve the design and add some additional functions in reference to similar foreign machine. The machine has features such as easy operation, accuracy filling , simple installed & adjustments, convenient cleaning and easy maintenance.

5.JYF全自動液體灌裝生產線  
8頭同時灌裝，根據需要可增加灌裝頭數量。**清洗、**調整、容積缸體動作無級調速，適合不同規格、不同液體的灌裝。充填量一次調整完畢，每個容積缸可分別微量調節，灌裝精度高且一致性好。 接觸液體部件的材料為316L不銹鋼、硅橡膠，符合GMP規范。 進口減速電機無級調速控制灌裝柱塞缸，不僅適合各種水劑，亦適合稠粘液體.
JYF Automatic liquid filling machine 
8 nozzles filling at one time and can be increased the number of filling nozzles by request . Fast cleaning, rapid adjustment, stepless volume cylinder to meet different specifications and different liquid filling. Filling amount of each volume cylinder can be adjusted respectively after former filling finished, it fills in great accuracy and consistency.

6. JYF活塞式直線灌裝機

The machine is driven by 6 cylinders for filling at one time quickly and accurately. Using the German FESTO pneumatic element, German SICK sensor, Taiwan AirTac pneumatic components and French Schneider electrical control parts to guarantee the excellent performance and running stability. With Siemens or Mitsubishi PLC, PROCE touch screen, Siemens or Mitsubishi inverter and the French electrical components to achieve the exact filling when there is bottles and stops without bottles, it has accurate filling amount and counting function.
