該系列機種設計緊湊合理，外形簡潔美觀。采用德國FESTO氣動元件和日本三菱電控部件。所有與物料接觸部件均采用進口食品級不銹鋼，經數控機床加工完成。品質**的元器件，確保了其出色的質量與持久穩定的性能。
JYF系列機種采用卡箍式連接，實現**拆裝、清洗，維護便利，*任何特殊工具。真正做到調節便利、無瓶不灌、裝量準確。同時具有計數功能。整機可配置六至十二個灌裝頭，灌裝頭個數也可根據客戶需要增減。
JYF series piston filling machine are suitable for filling different semi-viscous and viscous liquid and cream products such as daily chemical, food, pharmaceutical, grease and other industries.
 
These machines are featured with compact design, simple and beautiful appearance. Equipped with Germany FESTO pneumatic elements and Japan Mitsubishi electronic control components. All material contact parts are made of imported food grade stainless steel with the CNC machining finish. High quality components ensuring its excellent quality and lasting stability performance.
 


JYF series models with coupling-type connection for fast disassembly, cleaning, maintenance without any special tools. It can stop fill when there is no bottle or bottle fall ensuring the machine clean and no waste. Very exact amount and counting functions to ensure the filling accuracy. The machine can be configured 6 to 12 filling nozzles by customer special requirements.

paste( sauce) filling production line
This sauce filling production line is mainly used for filling semi-fluid-containing particles, paste, sauce materials such as chili sauce, hot pot, beef sauce and so on to greatly reduce personnel costs improving production efficiency.

Automatic liquid filling machine 
8 nozzles filling at one time and can be increased the number of filling nozzles by request . Fast cleaning, rapid adjustment, stepless volume cylinder to meet different specifications and different liquid filling. Filling amount of each volume cylinder can be adjusted respectively after former filling finished, it fills in great accuracy and consistency. 
The material of contact with the liquid part is 316L stainless steel and silicone rubber to meet the GMP standard. Imported reducer Filling piston cylinder controlled variable speed motor not only for all kinds of liquid but also suitable for viscous liquid.

Linear Piston Filling Machine
The machine is driven by 6 cylinders for filling at one time quickly and accurately. Using the German FESTO or Taiwan AirTac pneumatic components and Taiwan DELTA electrical control parts to guarantee the excellent performance and running stability. With Korea Photonics eye device, Taiwan PLC, touch screen, inverter and the French electrical components to achieve the exact filling when there is bottles and stops without bottles, it has accurate filling amount and counting function.
