黑剛玉簡介：
 
       黑剛玉磨料是以**的礬土為主要原料，少加還原劑而后,在電弧爐內經高溫冶煉而成，色澤呈黑色。黑剛玉又名低鋁剛玉，其特點是Al2O3 含量較低，并有一定量的Fe2O3存在，具有硬度適中、韌性高、耐高溫、熱態性能溫定的特點。
 
黑剛玉特點： 
     
       黑剛玉具有硬度適中，其韌性較大**棱角鋒利，自銳性強，磨削是發熱量少，拋光加工工件潔度高，黑剛玉磨料基本料集中，切削力強，韌性大，剛柔相濟，**性好，工效高。

       黑剛玉磨料基本料集中，切削力強，韌性大，剛柔相濟，**性好，工效高。黑剛玉磨料，適用于不銹鋼，金屬制品電鍍前底面拋光和噴沙，它適用于玻璃、竹木、石材等制品的磨削和拋光．黑剛玉廣泛應用于餐具拋光行業，電鍍前底面拋光行業，金屬表面處理行業，玻璃制品行業，鋁制品和不銹鋼的拋光。又是制造樹脂砂輪，砂布的新凝材料。目前，較為廣泛地應用于不銹鋼餐廚具，燈具燈飾摩托車零件，汽車配件等中等硬度材料的精細拋光。

      1、黑剛玉混凝土用在水利水電工程上，可以提高工程的抗磨蝕能力國內外傳統的抗磨蝕材料多用環氧砂漿等高分子材料，這類材料抗磨蝕能力雖好,但由于它本身線膨脹系數數倍于基底普通混凝土，與基底混凝土溫度適應不好，在自然氣候條件下*開裂脫落，且施工復雜，有毒性，成本昂貴，不能大面積推廣應用。而使用黑剛玉混凝土，抗沖磨蝕能力提高一倍左右，抗48m／s流速級的抗磨蝕能力提高3倍以上。
      2、黑剛玉混凝土用在水利工程上，可以提高工程的抗裂性能水工混凝土裂縫，已成為人們普遍關注的大問題。裂縫的原因是由于材料本身的水化熱升溫，如在混凝土中摻入粉煤灰，雖可以降低化電熱升溫，但早期強度比較低，使粉煤灰用量受到限制。
      3、黑剛玉混凝土可以提高抗滲透性能和抗鹽蝕性能，保護鋼筋。水下工程中由于氯離子滲入混凝土中，引起鋼筋**銹蝕，混凝土脫層，壽命短，破壞性嚴重。水下混凝土澆筑一般采用導管法，由于水泥漿的散失，使其與基層不能很好粘結，并且降低與水接觸部分的強度。在水下混凝土中摻入微硅粉后，這些問題均能得明顯的改善。
      4、黑剛玉混凝土用在交通公路路面的搶修上，具有較強的**特性用普通混凝土澆筑道路，需要28天才能正常通車，一般早強混凝土也要3天才能通車，混凝土公路路面損壞是不可避免的。用常規的方法修復，常常要造成交通中斷，從而帶來嚴重的經濟損失。而使用具有早強及**特性的微硅粉混凝土，經實際運用效果十分理想。飛機場的跑道要求使用80MPa以上的混凝土并且**性能好，黑剛玉也可大顯身手。 
 

 
       黑剛玉用**編織袋包裝凈重25kg（也可按照客戶要求包裝）， 運輸儲存期間防止包裝破損，以免漏失或混入雜物．不宜與承托料及其他濾料一起運輸堆放。
