施工工藝：
1、地面處理: 依據地面狀況做好打磨、修補、除污、除塵；
2、環氧底漆：采用滲透性及附著力特強環氧底漆滾涂一道，增強表面附著力；
3、環氧砂漿：用環氧雙組份加入適量石英砂，用鏝刀均涂布達到所需層數；
4、環氧膩子：將環氧雙組份加入適量膩子粉，用鏝刀將其均勻涂布一至兩道，增加地面的平整度；
5、環氧色漆：用環氧色漆滾涂一至兩道；
6、環氧面漆：用環氧面漆滾涂一道，使地面光亮耐磨；
7、地坪投入使用時間：涂漆后10-24小時后方可上人，72小時后方可重壓。

無溶劑環氧地坪涂料作為一種潔凈度很高的地面裝飾材料，表面平整光潔，可以滿足較高潔凈度要求，多用于自流平的施工中，廣泛使用在食品、電子、精密儀器、汽車制造等對地面有較高要求的行業。
