防塵地坪中涂施工完畢后，表面應(yīng)平整無孔隙，因孔隙中的空氣有可能在施工面漆時與面漆進行置換，表現(xiàn)為面漆施工完畢后出現(xiàn)起泡、漆膜塌陷等弊。如果基面較平整且*耐重壓，可不施工砂漿層，而直接施工膩子層找平基面，這樣造價會比較經(jīng)濟，但使用年限會比較施工了砂漿層的涂裝系統(tǒng)略短。

防塵地坪上有與漆膜顏色不同的斑點的現(xiàn)象，防塵地坪產(chǎn)生的原因：漆膜受灰塵、水泥灰、瀝青、焦油、煤煙、酸性物質(zhì)、樹脂、昆蟲、鳥類、化學(xué)品等物質(zhì)的侵入、附著和沾污引起；所用顏料不耐酸堿，或生長霉菌所致。
防治方法：選用耐沾污性好的涂料；不將環(huán)氧樹脂地坪漆涂裝物品放置在污染源的附近。
