TSSA注冊 深圳貝德檢測 魏工 電話： QQ：2885581466 一、TSSA注冊簡介 TSSA是Technical Standards & Safety Authority英文的縮寫，是加拿大安大略省技術標準安全局。主管壓力容器，娛樂設備，填充物注冊，燃料等方面的安全認證服務。加拿大其它兩個省份，即魁北克省和馬尼托巴省也有類似的立法和與安大略省的互惠安排，但是，營業地位于這三個省份以外的制造商要在這三個省份的市場上銷售產品，均需分別在這三個省份進行注冊。 《技術標準及安全法》之 “軟墊及填料類產品計劃” (Upholstered and Stuffed Articles Program) 保護大眾免受與使用在安大略省市場上銷售的軟墊及填料類產品相關的潛在危險的傷害。確保加拿大國內和國外的制造商, 翻新商和家用產品愛好者在其產品中僅使用嶄新, 干凈的填料, 并且把填料的成分正確**示在標簽上, 供大眾查閱。其目的在于保護消費者免受偽劣軟墊及填料類產品的侵害, 并為制造商和零售商提供一個同高度的經營舞臺。 二、TSSA注冊標志 tssa 三、TSSA注冊標簽 在安大略省銷售的所有軟墊及填料類產品均必須依照《安大略規章218/01》(軟墊及填料類產品)的規定貼有預定格式的標簽，參見*22部分《安大略規章218/01》(軟墊及填料類產品)： 1．標簽格式說明 ‘Form 1- 制造商標簽’指家具和床上用品類產品的標簽要求； ‘Form 2- 制造商標簽’指服裝及其他產品的標簽要求； ‘Form 3- 制造商標簽’指玩具和小件產品的標簽要求； 2．標簽標記要求 (1)標簽必須牢固地粘貼在產品上。 (2)標簽必須位于明顯的部位, 以便消費者能夠方便地閱讀產品所含的成分。 (3)標簽必須使用耐久的白色織物或合成材料制作, 如高密度聚乙烯合成紙或聚酯薄膜。不得用紙。 (4)必須用黑色墨水印刷-請參閱印刷這類標簽的專用印刷機列表。 (5)填料必須按常用命名予以聲明。必須附帶較常用成分聲明列表 和 填料附表.
