The grapes were picked at night to make sure that they were as cool as pssible. Crushed to modern rotary fermenters the grapes were then allowed to macerate for 2 days before inoculation and fermentation. Pressed off skins 7 days later and allowed to go through the second malolactic fermentation. The wine has then had minimal handling prior to filtration for bottling on the Angove Family Estate.
于夜間采摘葡萄保持其冷卻狀態。把葡萄壓碎，發酵前置于發酵桶中浸泡2天。壓皮7天后進行二次乳酸發酵。儲存在小橡木桶中，過濾裝瓶前只進行輕微處理。
TASTING NOTES/產品特征
This wine is deep red in colour，葡萄酒， with some purple hues. Ripe berry and plum fruit aromas with notes of spice and pepper dominate the nose. On the palate rich ripe black berries and plums precede fine soft smooth tannins and a good length of fruit. Some vanillin and toast characters provide a well balanced finish.
深紅色透著點點紫色。散發出成熟漿果和李子的香味，帶著一點點辛香和胡椒味。口感醇厚，有成熟黑莓和李子味，意大利葡萄酒，帶出丹寧的細膩柔和以及持久果香。香草和烤土司的風味使得回味完美平衡。

Deep red with purple hues， this voluptuous wine abounds in enticing aromas of cherry and blackcurrant with herbal undertones. The medium to full palate is well balanced with red and dark berry fruits， good length and a soft， rounded finish. This wine will cellar well for up to 4 years and is perfectly suited to pork dishes or Indian cuisine.
