我國《民用航空法》規定：“承運人有權要求托運人填寫航空貨運單，托運人有權要求承運人承受該航空貨運單。托運人未能出示航空貨運單、航空貨運單不符合規定或許航空貨運單遺失，不影響運送合同的存在或許有效”除了貨品托運人、承運人、承運方法、始發地、目的地、運費及結算方法等等的具有一般合同效能的約好外，依據航空法以及世界買賣習氣仍需要注意一些專業性的問題。

1、運費：一般在航空貨運單上注明運費的結算方法，分為預付或到付，現金結算仍是帳戶結算等等。那么依據法令實踐，如果在出具的航空貨運單與分運單上均沒有注明“運費預付（Freightprepaid）”，又沒有其他證據證明的，可以推定為“運費到付(Freightcollect)”。

2、航班：航空貨運單上注明航班的，貨品應在注明的航班出運；沒有注明的，承運人及其代理人應當證明在合理的時刻內出運。合理時刻，應是從始發地址次日內抵達約好地址有幾個航班（包含經停約好地址或許它處）的，應以營運航空器行使較長時刻或許較晚的航班確定。否則，承運人要承當違約的危險。
2, flight: the air waybill indicates the flight, the goods should be shipped on the marked flight; the carrier and its agent should prove to be shipped within a reasonable time without any indication. At a reasonable time, there should be a few flights arriving at the good address from the first date of the originating address (including the stopping address or it), which should be determined by the longest or perhaps the latest flight of the operating aircraft.
