一、為發(fā)貨人效勞
1. Service to the consignor
貨代替代發(fā)貨人承當在不同貨品運送中的任何一項手續(xù)：
The freight forwarder substitutes the consignor for any procedure in the delivery of different goods:
1、以較快較省的運送方法，組織適宜的貨品包裝，挑選貨品的運送路線。

2、向客戶建議倉儲與分撥。

3、選的可靠、效率高的承運人，并擔任訂立運送合同。

二、為海關(guān)效勞

貨運署理向承運人及時定艙，議定對發(fā)貨人、承運人都公平合理的費用，組織恰當時刻交貨，以及以發(fā)貨人的名義處理和承運人的運費賬目等問題。
